Here are Chariot we want you to be able to enjoy your renovation. We understand that there can be a lot of stress behind picking out items for your renovation and we want to eliminate that! That is why here at Chariot we offer a 30-day WORRY FREE return period. ANY unused item can be returned for ANY reason during this period of time, so long as it is in the same condition it was in when purchased. So go ahead, enjoy picking out your finishes, take a chance on that new design, and make your home your own.
Return Shipping: Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless: the item arrives damaged, or the incorrect items were shipped. Any shipping charges seller pays for will not be refunded.
Our Responsibility: If the incorrect item(s) were shipped please notify us ASAP. We will provide you with a return label and ship the correct items out to you immediately. In the case of shipping damage Chariot Inc. should be notified within 48 hours of receipt. The following process will be followed: Chariot will notify the shipping company of damage and place a claim. As the claim is processed the shipping company will pick up the damaged object from the buyers home and return the item to Chariot Inc.. A refund or replacement item will be provided once notification of item pickup for claims has been received.
Buyer Responsibility: If the item arrives damaged it is your responsibility to notify Chariot Inc. within 48 hours of receipt. We ask that you provide pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org for review. You are then responsible for ensuring the item is available for pick-up after the Claim has been filed. If the return is not due to fault by Chariot the buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the item returns to Chariot Inc.. The item(s), including the box it shipped in, must be returned in identical shape and condition as when purchased and shipped. If we receive the item and/or box is not in the same condition as when purchased and sent from us there is a possibility of up to 25% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. If the item is not usable or sellable then the restocking fee could be substantially more. If you are worried about anything when returning your item please take pictures of the item before shipping back and send them to us, we will honor these pictures as proof of the item being sent back in good condition and honor them if the item is damaged during the return shipment. When shipping back please send us a message of the condition it is being shipped back in. Chariot Inc. strongly encourages insurance to be placed upon the return shipment for the full purchase amount. If the item receives damage during return shipment and is not covered by shipping insurance the financial responsibility for the damage is with buyer and the shipping company
Installed Items: Please ask any install questions prior to purchase to make sure you get what you are expecting. Installed Sinks or faucets cannot be returned unless defective or missing parts. If any item is missing parts or if any item has defective parts we are glad to ship out new parts at no expense to you. If you have defective or missing parts please contact us immediately.
